Hands down, Ms. Lori is the best. I have used her services since 2008. She is extremely thorough, extremely patient with my ignorance, goes out of her way to point out things I may otherwise be in the blind, and she is ALWAYS on time with deadlines which I sometimes impose due to scholarship applications for my children on the horizon. I trust her with my taxes %110!

We have been doing business with Pinnacle 1 in Goose Creek for over 15 years and have had excellent service!! Have always gotten our refunds quick and have never had any problems. Courteous and knowledgeable staff!!! Highly recommend!!!

Lori jas worked with us preparing of company financials on a quarterly basis. She is through and makes sure our taxes are filed on a timely manner. Easy to work with and answers questions to make sure we understand what she is doing.

Mrs. Hull and her staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Mrs. Hull is very knowledgeable and caring. She is easily accessible and I would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend Pinnacle 1-Goose Creek....they are the best!

I know a number of people who have been coming to this office for years and since making the switch I totally get why. This staff is so friendly and helpful, they made it a breeze to get though. I highly recommend!!

I have been with Lori for at least 15 years if not more. She is so knowledgeable, helpful and makes herself available. To say she, who helped me and took her time while doing my business and personal taxes after my husband passed is amazing, is an understatement. I don't know what I would do without her! I highly recommend her and her team's services. They all are phenomenal!

Absolutely love Lori! She has been my tax preparer for around 8 or so years now. I only trust her and her awesome staff with my returns. She is always a phone call away and has a very fast response during the non return season of you have any issues arise and need her assistance.
