Absolutely love Lori! She has been my tax preparer for around 8 or so years now. I only trust her and her awesome staff with my returns. She is always a phone call away and has a very fast response during the non return season of you have any issues arise and need her assistance.

Overall it was a nice experience. It's was not hard to find, it's located next to the Waffle House. We were greeted by a receptionist who was really friendly. Because it was or first visit, we had to give it IDs, and social security cards. The wait wasn't too long. The woman that did or taxes was really friendly, answered all of our questions with no problem, and she was very thorough.
